Petrela, Murray, LeBlanc Inc. (PML). was founded in 1979 by Herbert M. Petrela, former Bond Superintendent of The Guarantee Company of North America, one of Canada’s pre-eminent Sureties. Mr. Petrela recognized the need for specialized surety brokering expertise in the construction community and today, over 25 years later, PML continues their tradition of focusing exclusively on the construction business, providing hands-on Bonding and Insurance facilities to select contractors.
